Refund Policy - Digital Course

All sales of digital courses and educational content are final, except as outlined below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content. Because this is a digital product, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions of this policy.

Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase only if the student has not accessed more than the first module of the course.

 

Accessing Module 2 or any subsequent lesson constitutes use beyond the refundable threshold and makes the purchase non-refundable. Course access and lesson entry are logged electronically.

Refund requests submitted:

• After seven (7) days from purchase, or

• After access beyond the first module

will not be approved.
